- Technical support of computers, servers, software;
- Information System Monitoring;
- IT consultancy;
- Fast actions to return equipment in working state in emergency cases (24/7)
- System configuration in accordance with security policy;
- Data backup;
- Data protection;
- Peripheral equipment connection and configuration for their efficient use.
“IT Support” service package price depends on the number of workstations (PC), servers and routers.
- Server support – starting with 50 Ls + 21% VAT/per month;
- Workstation (PC) support - 15 Ls + 21% VAT/per month;
- Router support – starting with 20 Ls + 21% VAT/per month.
As Information Infrastructure design and implementation are included in the price we tend to sign the agreement for one year.
